With an extensive background in various dance styles including ballet, hip hop, pole dance aerobics, movement dance, contemporary, ballroom dancing, yoga, and salsa, Mary's expertise spans a wide range of movement arts.

However, what sets Mary apart is not just her dance prowess, but her academic achievements as well. Holding a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, and leadership, she has merged her passion for dance and fitness with her knowledge of mental health. This integration has allowed Mary to offer a holistic approach to well-being.

Mary's goal is to help individuals not only achieve their physical fitness goals through dance fitness, but also to provide a safe haven for mental and emotional growth. By combining movement and self-expression, Mary believes that her classes at Dance Queens Fitness can be a powerful tool for stress relief, cultivating a positive mindset, and fostering connections within a supportive community.

Maria Camila Rincon

Maria Camila Rincon

María Camila is an enthusiastic and self-starting Colombian teacher who is passionate about life and movement. She is creative, visionary, and a natural problem solver, as well as an energetic and strong motivator.

With over 8 years of experience as a dance teacher and workshop movement facilitator, María Camila has accompanied, supported, and embraced processes with people of all ages.

For the past 4 years, she has been devoted to implementing her holistic medicine method called "IRIE: amor y arte." This method involves using movement, dance, therapy exercises, mindset programming, conscious breathing, self-care, and safe spaces to help individuals free themselves, heal, connect, and redefine their body, mind, and spirit, ultimately enabling them to live in balance, love, and fullness.

María Camila has been dancing since the age of 6 and has specialized in Latin & Caribbean Rhythms, including Salsa, Cumbia, Bachata, Dancehall, Traditional Colombian dances, Funky Brasilero, and Brega Funk, as well as pelvic dances.

Apart from her dance background, María Camila holds a specialist degree in Business and Project Management and has received formal education in holistic medicine, NPL (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and leadership.
